The person in the picture is 1000% not Ryan Meara. Its a fan or friend or something of Wingert who posted the picture to poke fun at Meara because it's not him.

Villa chimed in on his own saying that the kid in the picture looked exactly like Meara (also as a joke)

Meara fired back at the legend with the puto line because it's not him in the photo (also a joke).

Just like Khiry and Villa joked around on twitter or instagram today too.
