Personally I'd love to see Ronaldinho play in the MLS but I don't know if he's trustworthy enough to be a "Beckham". The two players I'd love to see are kind of unlikely, but I'd love to see Totti who statistically played as well as Bale did last season or the legendary Del Piero. Unfortunately one of them is much much to old now and the other is much to important to his club. I heard Pirlo mentioned but thats laughable he's still one of if not the best midfielder in the world imo. I'm really optimistic about the first season given the players were being linked with and the financial backing were starting with. Feel free to name some players we haven't been associated with that you would consider worth buying.

There's a wiki article on the Expansion Draft. However I can't summarize it because I don't really understand the intricacies. I guess if you're already familiar with the draft system it may make more sense?

I think I'll be posting over in the MLS 101 section to help understand a little more as well.

Yeah I know, "Perhaps one day etc" but still they are the ones mentioning him which might be significant given that they hardly mention anyone.
