They have to manually take out the 17,000 Grabavoy, Kreis and Wingert bobble heads ordered as a special surprise.
Somehow CFG managed to let STHs in Manchester and Melbourne design personalized season cards. Here in the US they can barely print and ship generic cards on time.
glad to see those creative writing classes are finally paying off.
They were going to give STHs the choice of either Kreis or "The Fox" and I guess the intern that lurks on here (Hi!!!!) told them it was a bad idea so now you all get the generic stuff.

oh thats the backup plan. dont know if were the only MLS team that delivers season tickets so late.
I don't think the membership package will include the enrollment gift. Last I heard, they will go out first week in March. But, hey, ya never know!
If that's the case, then they could have made my gift be the Stadium, because I fully expect that to be a moving target, and it's kept the board occupied for a couple pages or more.

How on earth did we get our STH packages before the enrollment gifts?? This is ridiculous.
Ah what a relief. I thought had dreamt or imagine about it since had not seen a thread posted here.
When I got the email about the STH package being on its way . It felt like Christmas. Finally it got to my door stoop . Lo an behold when I opened it , I was CRUSHED, my beautiful sweet tin box was crushed! the scarf is lovely and everything that was supposed to be there was in there but no backpack.
Well I called the office to say my box was dented and to inquire about the backpack , no one answered and I left a message. 3 hours latter, I got a call from lovely Emily to apologize and to tell me , I will get another box ( thank u Em)
as to the backpack , it is the enrollment gift and it will come later, (no date was mentioned )
I realize your post was back on October 2015 and now its Feb, 2916 and possibly its been resolved. back Sept / Oct you should had gotten an email asking for your preferences : backpack or laptop case. If not, Have you called them about this? The Fan Services dept. are pretty good rectifying mistakes, omissions and such, inconveniences’. Use your charming talent to get through.
