Alexi Lalas said his head pick for MLS Cup is Seattle vs. Philadelphia. His heart pick is LAFC vs. NYCFC. This is step one of getting there. MLS Cup at Yankee Stadium!

Have to figure the games on the 24th are going to be for the teams that had a play-in game on Nov. 20, so we're looking at the windows either on Nov. 21 or Nov. 22. Hopefully we don't get stuck with one of the Unimas games.

2019: at Orlando, USOC Quarterfinal
2020: at Orlando, Eastern Conference Quarterfinal

Also NYCFC has played in Orlando for their first MLS game, first game at Exploria Stadium, and now first playoff game. League is really continuing the manufacture a rivalry here.

we have to win or else we wont her the end of it for a long time......we are also due for a win there ;)

that being said orlando's weakness is that normally they cant finish off teams and in second half they struggle, leading to results like yesterday vs nashville. we seen this happen both times we played them this year....so there is a chance.

the thing is if this break will hurt the form we currently having offensively.

Continuing to manufacture a rivalry here?

We finished 5th and they finished 4th. Per the pre-established rules, we are set to play at Orlando. What was manufactured there?

It's just a joke that MLS continues to push NYC-ORL as a rivalry. A lot of Orlando fans will type us as NYcFC, thinking they are the real City team. It's just annoying.

MLS Cup at Yankee Stadium, this year of all years, would be a painful one. Can we play it in 2021?

To be completely honest, it's hard to tell when you're joking or not about these kinds of things.
LMAO I was thinking the same
Okay, I don't think the league is fixing results to pit NYCFC and Orlando in important matches to push a "rivalry". I do find it annoying how Orlando fans write NYcFC, think of us as a rival, and their other shenanigans.

honestly, i feel its gone down not as bad as before. like now they have to deal with their new "rivalries" in atlanta and miami.....i think they have more casual fans now that didnt even know about the team in first couple of years.

what horrible scheduling. whoever thought that would be a good idea should be fired.

at least it's the florida sun in november? temperature wise it shouldn't be too bad, but humidity will be brutal coming from the NY area.

the only thing is i think orlando is not used to that either, i think all their games were are night or later afternoon, because you know, they are aware its not best time to be playing.
