Fair enough. Kind of similar to Matarrita last year, where we thought we were getting a good player but scouting reports were few and far in between. Hopefully this guy is a good young player, too.

I wouldn't be highly surprised to see us pass off one or two of our SuperDraft picks, or maybe some GAM after the draft, to get another int'l slot. I feel like CFG's plan for the team is to always have at least a couple of extra international slots above the team's natural allocation.

I'm Panamanian. I know nothing about him other than what's been posted here...but treat excited if this is happening and if he is actually good. We haven't had a top-notch Panamanian in the Stadium since 42 retired.
