Next game is in Florida a week from tomorrow. Do we know when they fly back? I'm guessing they spend most of the time between now and then still in UAE.

Yup. Now, Lima may want the guy -- that part could very well be true. It is a bit concerning that in a game where virtually all of the expected starting XI played, Callens didn't feature today at all.
Could this be why he didn't play today?

Still want to know how the rumor and the knock happened to coincide. Can't see some Peruvian site making this stuff up and then monitoring NYCFC's preseason for the right time to drop it, but who knows, maybe the tabloids just get lucky sometimes.
