Based on the personnel listed on the front office website, I think only her and two other people respond to all the requests, questions, comments, and concerns from the 20K season ticket holders. And when I've reached out to
help@nycfc.com or
cityzens@nycfc.com, etc, I've received responses only from her.
Imagine getting hundreds of emails because Cityzens points aren't posted yet, or the item you redeem isn't at your place yet, or you're wondering whether Yankee Stadium will accept print tickets for this game...
Everyone that I've interacted with at the club does a great job. They deserve credit for all they do and for what we ask of them, senseless or otherwise.
