That could be a good thing, if he's good. It could mean we're gonna start seeing a shift towards newer refs that might have better judgement than the current we have. (though we all know referees suck in general anyway so it's not gonna change...)

With continued expansion plus the added VAR roles, we are going to see many new faces.
The good thing is we've also had more growth and relative stability in the lower leagues, so we should have a growing pool of officials experienced with the pro game to pick from.
