I'm surprised nobody has suggested Mike Petke.
I'll bet that CFG have him on their radar.
If Arena can't be lured back home, then Petke would be a good option.
He needs to go. He has not shown one creative idea all year to beat use his players. He's been bullying mix and poku, forcing people out of position. He throws his players under the bus to the media, that is the sure sign of a coach with no clue.
Not every coach can coach every team. He's shown he has no clue, and he is a dick, so who even wants to root for him. I don't think we can win with this guy, and that is sad because we only have villa and mix for a limited time.

From what I've seen I really don't like Petke. As a motivator he seems just like Kreis. The only things I ever heard from him in interviews were how the team wasn't performing. Just like Kreis, he is great at the beatdown. Not sure if he has any of the lifting up skill.
Great coaches need to be able to critique but not by just being critical assholes. That's not motivation. It's scare tactic bullying and it tends to do horrible things to teams. (Ours being a great current case in point.)

I just want a competent coach. Not a boring man who cannot motivate his team and makes stupid decisions. Decisions like leaving our most promising young player (Poku) on the bench at the start of a game against a top table team in the conference.
What the hell does it take to make Kreis see that Poku should ALWAYS be starting important games. Not an injured old man who doesn't want to really be here (Lampard)
