Where in Queens/Nassau County can I take driving lessons for a manual vehicle?

Does anyone have any experience with any places or recommendations for classes like this?

If you're OK with being in my debt, I can teach you.

Get a car with a Dual Clutch Transmittion and you get the best of both worlds.
I've never seen a place that specifically teaches Manual. Usually it's an art form handed down from generation to generation. Thus a dying breed.

While I'd have no issue with it, I also don't want to risk destroying someone's car.

We were counting on you today for some exciting breaking news threads, and this is what we get?!?
Hey the Matarrita training at Man City was a big thing.

How's this? Jeppe Andersen said there has been interest but no offers yet and says it's likely due to his knee injury.

Ugh. Maybe we need a recipe thread at this point. Anyone have any good ones to share?

I can also teach you manual any time - took my driver's license test in a '71 beetle. The dude was not excited to get in. Also driving a car with power nothing was a tad crazy. Parallel parking was awesome!

While waiting at a red light towards the end of my license road test as a kid, the tester congratulated me on passing. I got so excited, I made a left turn through the red light. The tester then informed me that I had failed.

I took my road test in a manual. While at it, I gave the test admin from the Highway Patrol a few tips on how to improve gas mileage and better arrange his mirrors to reduce blind spots.

Then I told the pig to go screw himself.

(Okay, so all of this except the first sentence is a lie, but I am an "Internet tough guy".)

gotta be a back story to these "tough" references. What forum drama did I miss?
Oh. The "cool and tough" was a meme before memes existed, back in the internetz infancy.

The Internet tough guy is what Kjbert said once when I called him out on something, but I was just having fun with the general definition in this instance.

The only speeding ticket I ever got was on my way home from a job interview where the last thing the interviewer said to me was, "Everything looks great. Just keep your driving record clean."
