Back to this topic I wonder if everything is being delayed pending the changes done via phone conference tomorrow
I was thinking they'd want to cut them before practice tomorrow but I guess they can just wait until they show up to the facility and then cut them. Some sources seemed to list the actual deadline for cuts as tomorrow.
As if the MLS would adhere to something they've written down anyway. It's all up in the air.
Negredo joined Valencia for $35mWhat about an MCFC player on loan? Has Negredo been sold yet? Micah Richards?
Since MCFC haven't done any business yet in this window, except losing Milner, I don't know who they could send.
Seriously, never a dull moment with this team.Tomorrow is going to be a HUGE day for us. Frank and Iraola join the team. Some current players might be cut. It's Pirlo day. We find out about the new DP and salary cap.

You guys act like the MLS is the Emperor before anyone knows he's a Sith. Some sources seemed to list the actual deadline for cuts as tomorrow.

Hell, most of them are overpaid for what they are.Considering the lousy wages. I sure hope these poor players are not purchasing a monthly rail pass tomorrow to show up to practice, just to be cut.
So Orlando is going to have 3 DP strikers? Do they at least get a goal per DP slot? Because I'm not sure they have 2 from the 2 they already have. And Chich isn't exactly a paragon of consistency.Nah there's a new latest. Keep up.

MLS is an LLC with members who vote on their operating agreement. If this change was made, the owners (shareholders) had their say and this is what the voting majority wanted.
Does it really matter to you as a fan whether or not they tell you who voted how? Do you demand a public accounting of votes for how European teams decide to spend?
I think it's silly to criticize attempts to grow the league profile and quality while maintaining financial viability. Isn't that what everyone wants?
It's not irrelevant. A process is all you can ask for - would you rather rigidity dictate the league pass up opportunities to improve? For the record, I wasn't criticizing. Just saying that any of these rules could be changed in the rumored update tomorrow. It's a fact that MLS rules are changed frequently, whether that goes through an official process is irrelevant.
