New Posts - I Am Unsure Whether It Works For Posts To All Threads

I have not done a scientific study of this, but I think some posts to some threads don't hit the new post list. For instance, new posts to Matchday threads don't seem to hit the New Posts list (or at least not all the time).

My understanding of the New Post section is it shows Unread posts. Not just all new posts. So if you go under NYCFC v NER then click New Posts it should not show there.
But I did check the section in our admin panel and it's checked to show new posts.

Gotcha, so the new posts section looks different for everyone and is based on posts the reader has not read from most recently posted to least recently posted. If you look at a thread that has a recent post, then it will disappear from that individual's new posts list (or at least moved much further down the line in the list).

is there any way to get a tab for Recent Posts next to the new posts... the only way im able to get to all recent posts is if i have already clicked off and read all new posts. Or am i just stupid and missing something. Its probably the latter.

thats not what i meant... i dont want to see just new posts... which is posts i havent seen yet. Id like to just be able to see posts in their most recent order, whether i have seen them or not. the only way i can figure out how to do it is when you have no new posts left

A Scientific Study LMAO ! .... Goodness now sweetie this the forum you should well know by now that in order to post anything a Scientific Study must and will be imperative before said post is allowed ! Love This !!

On the right hand side, next to "mark forums read" is the "recent posts" link
