@BToto920 I think it's more about what needs to be communicated - I've been a member for over 2 months and none of the emails were about the meetings, what's being discussed, and what's been decided on - that's really important for satellite members or those that find it difficult to make it to meetings to be in the loop and feel like an active member of the SG
For instance, if there are ~1,600 members and only 50 make it to the meeting, that's a lot of opinions not weighing in when potential key decisions are being made - if a newsletter is sent out before a meeting maybe include a Google form or something to gauge the feelings of a larger group
Trust me, I'm not coming down on you personally - I appreciate you even fielding listening and responding - it's just how I've been feeling since I'm one of those people that find it difficult to make it to the meetings and I feel detached
