nah, on a tuesday it would of been the same if not worse. i guess depends how long the parade would of been but still. it wont be much.
edit: although to be fair it feels this is way before the actual parade so not sure how it looked like during it.

i still think it was the right move to do it only at city hall. I know more people would of liked to have gone but it would not be anywhere near enought for a parade.
