Why do people care so much?

Because it's fake and just adds to the notion that we're a plastic club. I won't lose sleep over this, it just looks lame. No real reason for them to be doing this. We have supporter groups, hang up their banners.

This also shows that the FO is just out of touch. Good thing we look good on the field.

I assume you're referring to me. If you go back and read my post, you'll see that I wasn't asking why he wasn't playing, I was asking his status because I didn't see him on the bench. I knew if just flew in and didn't expect him to play, but I did expect him to be on the bench.

I'm not sure why anyone is surprised about the restrictions. Look at how Yankee Stadium tried to censor the Bleacher Creatures.

Some things like smoke will never be allowed, but as the season rolls on I can see YS loosening up on some of the banner restrictions.
