I made it up, but fully expect a new roster rule to be announced once teams have a crack at the WC players and a team already maxed-out needs an opening otherwise the league loses out on XYZ player (who would never agree to go play for about 18-19 of the league’s teams).

Cuadrado would be pretty sweet but the chances of him coming here are zero.

Higuain makes 1/4 what Ronaldo is now making.

Higuain has to be gone.

They do have the two left footer problem with Dybala and Costa. They could ditch one and play Cuadrado as an attacker. Or sell and get someone cheaper who provides assists, not goals.

I think they definitely ditch Higuain, and I think they low key are willing to sell Dybala.

Seeing that Dome will make changes and explains his thinking with tactics...I have to take my PV glasses off and rethink what we need besides depth.

Also, I've been noticing that Maxi has to hold up play a lot without Villa. There always seems to be a delay on the wings. I'd still love to push Villa towards the left, leave Medina on right and find a real good finisher this transfer to play a striker role. I think playing with a real striker elongates the pitch and keeps that back line honest.

This is so true. The way Dome talks in the postgame press conferences, I am going to have to up my soccer IQ to keep up.
