We're not set on wide talent. Tajouri is good. Lewis might be but has only shown it in limited minutes. Berget is not a wide player. Medina?

If we get a real back maybe Domè turns Mata into an effective wing.

Medina is good. Isi is good. Lewis has been good in what we've seen of him. Berget and Wallace are capable backups on the wing, and we've got other guys who can play there in a pinch. The wings are fine.

We came into this season with a strong, deep roster, but we've had season-ending injuries at CM and CB. Replacing those guys will be the focus this summer.

With Juventus signing Ronaldo...@LionNYC's boy Khedira is most likely out, especially with Emre Can signing and wanting to keep Dybala. There were a couple teams interested but his showing in the WC wasn't stellar so this may be the time. He may be a touch too slow to be a super-effective European box to box mid now...but would fit perfectly on this team as a deep cdm that can distribute while freeing Ring up. Marchisio would be available too.

I'm fine with either.

MLS will announce a Targeted DP slot next week. It’s a player that falls between the $1.5-2.5m salary that gets bumped up to a full DP the following year (so a real DP spot has to be available at that time).
