Thought he was gonna sign with Boca, finish the year then move on. Then I saw he was on "vacation" in LA and with them shipping Andre Horta off...it all made sense. Though surprised if he is a DP. Maybe they make more moves. They are running away with the west. Good move on their part.
I'm sure NYC would love to do the same with Medina. Definitely a better move for DDR to go there than here if there was legit interest.

I agree we need a LB. I don’t think it’s happening this summer. Maybe you’re right about another striker but isn’t that Taty’s role? He’s earned it.
Since he isn’t currently signed, he’d be that rando guy juggling around in the corner of the field before the match who’s just hoping to be asked to play for the short-sided team. Happens to have light/dark shirts with him at all times.

I know this wasn't the point of your post, but are we legitimately at the point where Sands and Chanot are swapped in that model?
TFC payroll is too high. They can't take him back. I haven't heard this anywhere. Not even a fake story. I would think it's his agent leaking this. Gio never wanted to leave and must be miserable where he is. He dictated the Canadian move when he came here because he wanted a European feel and an Italian community. But he would probably welcome any MLS now as he doesn't have the leverage now. If he wants to come back to the states, he should have no problem finding a taker. Wonder how much it would take to bring him back to MLS.
Good question. With everyone healthy but in a formation with just two centerbacks, I think I still start Callens/Chanot. But it's close.
