looks like goal.com is reporting xavi to some middle east team. Shame. I prefer him to Lampard.

Based on the rumors; this could very well be our attack on opening day

That was the joke, wasn't it?

I didn't know whether to go that route or ask him if he knew that Kompany was Belgian.

haha it was a joke. But to be honest, vilabuena is actually a good player; he is just ridiculously short. Reminds me of napoleon.

stats list him at 5'2 but he looks so much shorter on tv.

Speaking of French players I would love to have Yoann Gourcuff or Marvin Martin.

I wouldn't mind a relatively unknown player, but a quality player such as douglas costa. We could get him for 10 million, the same price it cost to get bradley to mls. Douglas costa wouldn't put buts in seats at first, but would win us games. If you never seen him play, look him up on youtube.

Valbuena is one of France's best players. I've seen him person 4 times when I was in Marseille season before last. I thought he was easily one of the best in France's 3-0 over Honduras. If he leaves Marseille it will be for Spain or England not MLS at this point. Maybe down the line.

no way the League pays 10 Million for a player that doesn't put butts in the seats
