Premier League 16/17

I don't have a problem with the PK on Clichy but Milner on Sterling should have been called.

It should have. As should Yaya taking down Gini.

The announcers to me were all wrong on the clichy foul on Firmino. Yeah, he got the ball, but he plowed him over when Firmino was still in between him and the ball and had a play on it. You just can't do that. Was surprised they acted like it was somewhat questionable/arguable.

Another round of interesting results. Someone should buy Mourinho a sketch pad because he just loves drawing, while Fat Sam finally shows that he might actually be interested in escaping relegation after all by giving Chelsea just their second home defeat all season.

Leicester 2 Everton 1 by the 10th minute insane entertaining match so far.
2-2 halfway through the first half. At this rate it'll be 8-8 at the end of the match, which is what I'm kind of hoping for.

This is kind of nuts:

This is really interesting. For instance, what if pro/rel was based on a three-year cumulative point total so teams don't get punished for just one bad year? But then if they managed to have one stellar year it might just keep them up over a team that was consistently mediocre. Not saying all leagues should instantly adopt this but it's a very interesting concept. Rewards more than just immediate short-term thinking, punishes less than one catastrophic injury (just as two examples perhaps).
