Premier League 16/17

What are the chances that Yedlin ends up back at Sunderland and plays with Gooch and Miazga?

They would instantly become my team to root for in the EPL (at least for this season).
That would be like reliving NYCFC2015 all over again.... The pain of getting worked over weekly and defensive gaffes nullifying a hot striker....

There's an alcoholism joke here, too. I just won't make it, being that it would be in poor taste.

Liverpool at Spurs getting ready to kick off on NBCSN.

Black coffee near and everyone still in bed.

This is good. :)
Yup. Wasn't sure I'd be back into it as much this year as I'm slowly becoming a general MLS fan as opposed to only an NYCFC fan. But then the season started and somehow I find myself getting up early on the weekends again.

Only difference is I take my coffee light.

1-0 Liverpool at the half courtesy of a 43' minute PK by Milner after Lamela clips Firmino in the box.

I guess the Premier League doesn't have an incidental contact rule like the NFL. ;)

LOL, I just went into panic mode. The 10:00 AM matches are kicking off and I couldn't remember where the NBCSN spill over channels are located on TWC.

--Watford vs Arsenal: Channel 420

--Everton vs Stoke City: 421

--Leicester City vs Swansea: 422

--Southampton vs Sunderland: 423

--Crystal Palace vs Bournemouth: 424

Facepalm. Pass the Maalox.
Joe Hart's time at Manchester City appears to be over after Pep Guardiola sealed the signing of Claudio Bravo from Barcelona on Thursday, and the England No. 1's options appear to be limited after Everton boss Ronald Koeman said he had no interest in signing him.

According to The Sun, Hart is trying to tempt Liverpool to make an offer for his services and is prepared to take a "huge pay cut" on his £150,000 weekly wage to seal a move to Anfield.

They do spillover channels every week? I hope that MLS does this somehow for the final game of the season. It was talked about on another thread.

So we knew Hart was going but I wouldn't have picked out Torino as the destination. Then it looks like Nasri to Sevilla and Mangala back to Porto all loans. Not surprised at all Pep would clear out some players but somewhat surprised City haven't been more active on the bringing people in end.

City can't really afford to go crazy bringing more people in - they barely gave enough club- and association-trained players to meet tournament criteria. I'm sure Pep would like a half dozen more new players but he'd have to basically tell half the squad they were on the transfer list in order to do it.

Also, it sounds like Mangala has received a better off at the eleventh hour so he's probably not going back to Porto. There were some suggestions I saw that it was Stoke but who knows. Then there's also the high likelihood that Bony is going out on loan somewhere too.

Hoping it's just being thrown in the deep end straight into derby and Bravo will improve . I mean he was good already with his feet and distribution but looked shaky in others . Without Aguero and away I can have few complaints overall .
