I also never received a card.
I never got my card either. Was one of the first to get a scarf though. And this sucker already paid for 2015. At least I got an email from U90 that my tshirt is on its way...
PS no one on the FB site or their email ever returns a message anymore nor answers a question.
I am not planning on renewing for 2015. They really haven't done anything to earn my dues from 2014, so I can't imagine why I'd want to join for 2015.
I don't know but I imagine the third rail is a nonprofit and as such they would have to produce their financials (tax returns) within a time period of being asked. That being said they just started they probably don't have anything done and won't for awhile.
I hear you. I want to give them one more year to get it together. It's a brand new organization, and they seem overwhelmed. I originally signed up with Sam at a WC event this summer. I'll try to contact him directly and see what happens. Can't make it to meetings because they are in the city on weekends when I'm with my family on LI. Not sitting in GA section. If they don't even return emails and FB messages, I'm done after 2015. Maybe the guys in 103/104 want to start our own smaller supporters group for those sections once I meet all of them.

It's a supporters group. if the team has not played yet its hard to support them.
I was at the jersey unveiling(ashamed that i left work for that, even though I own the business) and i agree that it was a weak showing on their part. But they got the buses for the draft today and I got my scarf, card and sticker in reasonable time(4 memberships that I plan to renew). I think any real criticism has to wait to see the game day experience and take it from there. Do I expect Borussia Dortmond out of the gate-no- but lets see what they organize for bars pre game and what kind of march they put together. Bunch of creative people in NY

If they don't do the job someone else will. If gameday experience sucks, a different group will take up the mantle. For now, though I am happy to give them some cash to see what they can do.

Every group has there own issues. I plan on re-upping with the Third Rail. The discounts alone more than covered my dues. The scarf is great. I also won a contest that got me into EA's Fifa 15 pre-release that was incredible.
Well, 2 hours after this post I hear back from the TR. This is some powerful shit! Now where's my membership card?

Never gonna reach a dortmund type atmosphere or any type if we continue with these English style/ based chants and the fact that their suppose to start organically
The english seem to have fun. someone posted a bunch of english fans giving some kid a few funny chants on a train the other day. funny as hell but i can't find it. The big tifo of dortmond are cool but seem like a waste of time and you need a large space to do that stuff. about $6000 a month rent around here just to make the displays and store the stuff. NYCPD is not going to let us light flairs but might allow smoke if its controlled and done by the team.

Got a point, and how about flares at red bull Arena or sky blue smoke bombs
never been to RB arena. tough to find sky blue smoke canisters been looking for months. found a few do it yourself videos but have not tried them yet
