Never did I anticipate we would be at 20K STHs by the end of Year 1. I honestly thought we'd have 10K STHs and average 15-18K per game. It's a truly amazing accomplishment. The club just tweeted that there are only 400 Founding memberships left. 19,600 sold out of 20,000. Also, 300 level is open for the final match of the season.

I downgraded from 3 to 2 also and it was a pain in the ass. You couldn't do it online and had to call the rep to do it. They really tried to push the 3rd seat on me, "ask a friend, etc.". Still haven't received the docusign/gift choice email but they already hit my card with the initial payment. They best not shuffle the OG around!I just got a call and Im a bit confused and upset. I downgraded from 3 seats to 2 seats. And my representative just called me if I knew anybody that might like my 3rd seat. I said no. He said there might be a chance they might reshuffle me to another seat to accomodate 3 people in the seat. Is this normal? I am new season ticket holder ever. Upset the org would that to my seats, this is where I supported the team in highs and lows.
I took over my friends ticket and went from 2-3 and they said they can't move the account to mine since they are separate until next season. So if I can't go to a game I now have to try and sell a set of 2 and a single. Not to mention the bitch of having 2 accounts and not having a single cityzens account.
That's very true, I usually do credits but that probably will be my decision next season. You can sell all 3 at once on stubhub.
I know this pretty much has nothing to do with the discussion at hand, but as a guy who bought single match tickets all season long, I can attest to the PITA it is when dealing with 2-3/3-2 ticket situations. To be fair, a drop from 3 to 2 means there is now a single ticket by itself, which can be very difficult to sell.

Tom Glick, NYCFC president disagreed with your pessimism.

I realize its about as coherent as a three year old's drawing, but I got that off of NYCFC's official twitter. Its interesting that management's original goal was 17k season ticket holders. From a business perspective NYCFC is already a smashing success. I can see why the organization is so paranoid about making the post season next year, New York sports fans are famously fickle. And setting a good starting tempo can do wonders for an organization like this.
i just renewed on the account management website. where's the option to relocate seats?
