1. MLS account
2. NYCFC Shop
3. Cityzens
4. Account Manager

I know, right?!?! You have to sign in to the shop itself, separate from the main NYCFC.com page. You enter billing, shipping address, etc.

The key thing is the email address you use for the shop has to be the same as the one for your account manager. Then it's automatic.

I thought I was doing something wrong or going crazy. I just tried to log in using my Account Manager log in to enter the contest for the signed match ball but it was giving me "invalid login". Then I realized it was "MLS Account" so I tried my MLS Live log in info and got the same "invalid login".

So it was Tony Taylor who ended up calling.

Typical PR stunt. Thanked me multiple times for the support & being a season ticket holder. Asked me silly questions regarding 'have I been to the games' 'what has been my favorite part' 'who do I bring to the game'. Could tell he was reading off a script and a little awkward. Finally had to take control of the conversation and talked to him about the upcoming game with USA v. Mexico & watching Mix and then he opened up. He's a nice guy.

Could hear a lot of chatter in the background, probably have additional players doing the same thing this afternoon.

Looks like the "Bretti Curse" is in effect here. Can we get this guy on the phone with Kaka and BWP ASAP?

Does anyone else have a seat that doesn't exist? I know it's general admission in the supporter section. But, since security has been pretty aggressive against us, I would wonder where I would be sitting if they decided to put us in assigned seats??? Thanks in advance.

If at The Stadium, have them swipe your season ticket. Good for food and store purchases. Not for beer.
