Based on this guy's track record, he probably knows someone in the organization, but not a top decision maker. Maybe he is right, maybe he is not.

He definitely has decent sources along these lines though. And I will add, still trying my best to get some information on this, it's been a lot more tough lately than I would have liked, but I have heard a few things that are third, even fourth-hand, that sound very encouraging.
Nothing that I would include in a new piece, or even tweet about really, but I'm close to being as excited as I was heading into last May.
Well at least it’s good that there are indications that they are active and not just sitting waiting doing nothing.

The derby was the weekend of the 15th in July. He was probably just off by four months! Lol
if there is an announcement, he's gonna tweet "told you all back in june.. you're welcome"
The derby specifically was July 17 and the prediction was for rivalry week. That vague WTF Mayor Adams statement was July 26. How loosely you want to grade is your discretion.
I'm sure I have no idea as to what you are referring. <glances downwards>
