whelp, if i read anything into LIC? think bigger, sadly it means LIC is not happening.
BUT!
maybe it means they are taking over the whole sunnyside train yards! however that is huge money to build over the tracks and probably thats the only way sunnyside gets done.

OK folks, I just can't possibly keep up with this constant demand for new stadium location size comparison diagrams. Might have to start some sort of bakery number request system or something.
