Chiming in late here but excited that there is more coming after the initial Dome piece (once I read that you had brought a tactical board along, I was hoping for some digressions on that and other things; I had the privilege of standing alongside Chris Jee while he peppered Ronny Deila with questions at the first meet-and-greet with Ronny). The recent stadium and Santi pieces are also great.
All in all, glad to see the Outfield back in action (I know it was more a question of capacity, not desire). But speaking of, I haven't see Chris around here for awhile. Hope he's doing ok

Amazing investigative journalism. You are incredible. I don't know what to take out of this other than the fact that literally 500 parking spots are what's stopping this from happening. I wouldn't say it boils down to just the 500 spots, though that is a large piece of it.
The biggest takeaway I have is the Yankees want a guaranteed number of parking spots that's enforceable. The bondholders don't want to give that to them because they don't currently have a guaranteed amount.
I'm hopeful that either party will give some lee-way here. Perhaps the middle ground is they keep the language similar that the parking from the remaining facilities will be made available for YS events and maybe include a guarantee of perhaps the average number of parking spaces used for Yankee gamedays. That seems like very reasonable middle-ground to me.
Both really, but the bondholders moreso.
