Todd Dunivant Named New York City FC Sporting Director

And they removed the video...

probably to re-edit and repost because the one they posted was cut off at the end.

and here's the repost, which is 10 mins longer than the original. He acknowledges the glaring holes in attack and midfield and says we need to fill those gaps. I guess we shall see.

Assuming what Todd meant in the best light that the club is not telling him who to sign but is greenlighting moves. I imagine this is SOP at most professional sports teams for ownership to be somewhat involved in greenlighting major personnel moves especially for big money.

Does give an interesting opportunity to ask Brad who is involved in this case.
This was my takeaway. There's a big difference between CFG approving player moves and CFG dictating player moves.

Pascal said he "went to the board" to ask for a No. 9 and some other things. My question is, which board?

Do we even have a board of our own anymore? If we do, I assume it's Brad, Marty, Marcelo Claure, someone from the Yankees (🤮), that kind of thing.

But if we don't, Marty Edelman is the only NYCFC official listed on CFG's board now. Brad used to be on there, but he's not now.

The answer to that question — which board? — would tell me a lot about where we truly are. Does anyone know?

Did they really need to crank the AI slop music to 10 behind his monotone? I couldn't keep attention because it was so distracting and dull.

Digital media team really wants us to know about their industry typical skills. Earlier in camp they made a whole post to show that the photography team knows how to use photoshop:

I noticed he said that also. My guess is it's just him being a non-naive English speaker using a term he's familiar with to mean "management."

Or maybe we have a board.
