Dortmund's 3-0 over Monaco is showing how this season is going for us. Super excited, everything is really promising!!!
Fucking Spurs are in a hole now. Losses to Juventus away and Barcelona home.
That's right. Juventus was last year.First loss was to Inter.
In regard to Liverpool I talked to people at work who follow Prem and said that I believe they’ll once again falter when other comps come up. This was prior to the season. They had a hot start and I reiterated that statement. Especially since we all talked about how their fans were starting to bring up the ‘it’s our year’ stuff. Couldn’t have been more right and it’s only the 2nd week of UCL.
Already knocked out of Carabao cup, played poorly in their last two matches and fans are starting to question Mane and Salah’s slow start.
Can this club compete on multiple fronts or do they revert to the Liverpool of years past and focus on one competition? Last year they placed emphasis on UCL and almost didn’t qualify for this years tournament due to a rough end to the season.
I’m just waiting for them to drop points again, fall behind in the race and revert to the ‘focusing on UCL’ excuses again. Same story every year
The locker rooms are outside the stadium. Stadium is built into ground. I believe there are two tunnels. The visitors tunnel the longest. Comes out right in front of ultras on purpose. From start to finish, like a 3 minute walk. My Serbian friends say bad things happen in those tunnels when there isn't a game.
Thought that might be the case with Lovren as well, but apparently he was "ill".Jurgen told Shaqiri to stay home, wasn't even on the bench. He knew what could happen. It was the smart move.
Lovren is merely Croatian. Shaqiri is Albanian, an ethnicity the Serbians tried to exterminate within living memory.Thought that might be the case with Lovren as well, but apparently he was "ill".
I thought the Croatian-Serbian relations were pretty close to that, but I'll admit that my research went about as far as spending a lot of my university days with Bosnians, Croatians and SerbsLovren is merely Croatian. The hate was mostly due to his actions at the world cup, with his Albanian eagle celebration when Switzerland played Serbia. Went deeper than just his Albanian roots.I thought the Croatian-Serbian relations were pretty close to that, but I'll admit that my research went about as far as spending a lot of my university days with Bosnians, Croatians and Serbs
Liverpool haven’t really been good all year except for a couple of spurts here and there.
