So I think there were already rumors of this happening, but Pulisic confirmed that Liverpool attempted to purchase him for 13 million Euros.

As good as Reus is, they have a similar problem regarding selling him that Liverpool has with Sturridge. Who wants to buy an otherwise world class player that's hurt for large parts of every season? Well... maybe that's more descriptive of Sturridge than Reus, but Reus certainly has what we like to call "injury problems".
Can he score goals off of random body parts? And can he sign a fake contract to help sell tickets?
