USMNT Talk

Altidore and Bedoya going at it in interviews and Twitter after Bedoya called him a diver post-game.

I'm by no means an Altidore fan, but he's hardly a diver. If anything, he doesn't go to ground easily enough which has cost the MNT plenty of PKs. Bedoya, on the other hand, is an obnoxious punk that stirs the pot on Twitter trying to stay relevant. His days on the national team are numbered with the new kids ready to be tapped up.

WCQ squad announced by Arena. Arena stated Fab Jo will never play defense and is only natural for him to play midfield where he plays for his club....Straight forward logical squad that Klinsmann could not create.

NJRB fans are going to be angry.....

Straightforward? Not a RB on the whole roster. Left off the most in-form CM in our pool.

So...yeah. I have some serious issues with it.

It's funny to watch arena do the same crap klinsmann tried and realized didn't work two years ago. But this time everyone is swooning over every decision.

Cameron at right back? Lol

I wonder if Marsch begged off SK from being selected since they have a game over the International break???

I don't have serious issues with it. I think we'll get better results then the games under Klinsmann so I'm fine with it.

RB & CM? Right back and central midfielder?

And I meant Hyndman. He's far and away the top player in the position right now.
Hyndman has been playing great ball for a while now and was Rangers best player last weekend against Celtic -- he definitely needs to be getting call ups.

He's been Rangers best player since the day he got there. The Celtic match was probably his worst game. I've been able to catch most of his matches on FoxSoccer2Go, and there is not a CM in the current pool capable of creating in the attack and controlling the ball with calmness in the midfield. And he's going against packed defenses quite often, since Rangers are better than most SPL teams.

It's a shame really. He and Acosta should at least be our starting midfield pair in the Gold Cup, and I hope beyond hope that they are given a fair chance to displace the likes of Bradley. Ugggghhhh. I really don't like Michael Bradley.

I think it will be interesting to see where Bruce puts Pulisic. The fact that he dropped #10 like Feilhaber and Littlefinger could be a sign that we are moving him to the middle, but some of that probably hinges on whether we play 2 strikers and/or FabJo's availability.

Right back I think will be interesting to see who plays. According to the article, Chandler didn't get a call up because of a yellow card suspension and Lichaj and Yedlin are both injured. I am ok with Cameron being a 4th option RB, IDK who could play RB beside him. At least Zusi didn't get called up.

Also is Hyndman cap-tied? Could be concerning if he's not. I know he has a Portuguese passport.
