2016 Schedule!

This schedule is whack. we need our own stadium. Pushed all the home games to the extreme of the season with the worst weather for the yankees.

6 out of 7 and 7 out of 9 away during July and August.
That's going to be a nutcracker.

EDIT: Pay no attention to the idiot behind the curtain. I quickly glanced at the Yankees schedule and was mistaken on more than one point.

All you people complaining about weddings. Show some NYCFC Blue and call in sick. Claim Herpes or Hepatitis or Hemorrhoids or some other shit. Just get your ass to those games!!!

Wife and I are already planning to cut short our annual summer vacation to get home for LA game.

Hell yes! I'm ready for 2016!!!!!

Breakdown of Home Games

Weeknight Games: 3
Friday Night Games: 2
Saturday/Sunday Night Games: 1
Saturday/Sunday Day Games: 6
Saturday/Sunday TBD: 5

Hopefully, most of the TBD games won't be pushed to the evening. That would prevent me from taking my kids, and we generally had better attendance last year at games during the day.

Last year, we also had 3 weeknight games at home, but only 1 Friday night game at home.

Yeah kind of not loving the schedule - times I'm off and planning to travel includes the two red bull home games. Also we are going to have a snow game again.

Oh well exciting times!

Very excited we get to end the season with the crew - their traveling fans were great and will be fun win lose or draw.

Pretty shitty they scheduled one of the RB games over 4th of July weekend. Would think the office would prefer to schedule that game for a weekend when people in the NY area would actually be around.

I was thinking that too...the casual fan is not going to be tuning in. MLS does a terrible job of maximizing exposure and growing the fan base.

Not to mention that the derby destroying wedding is in France...but right before the Euro. Congratulations on your wedding and a special thank you for ruining football all around.

Hopefully our old men can avoid pulling up lame during the early stretch of chilly home games at YS.

FYI: in case you are populating your calendar, there is at least one discrepancy between the schedule at http://www.nycfc.com/schedule and the image ones, e.g. the Colorado match is not listed on the web schedule
