Like Pulisic, there's just too much money to be made having him the premier league for it to not be his ultimate destination.

I really think with the style of play OGS wants at ManU, and coupled with his belief in youngsters, Weah could do well for himself to engineer a move to ManU next season. He wouldn’t be first choice, but he could get a ton of Cup minutes to go along with spot starts. And Weah has a similar style to Rashford who’s flourished under OGS. It’d also be a cant-miss marketing opportunity for ManU.... Chelsea has Pulisic and ManU would have Weah - essentially the two most talented attackers the US has to offer (excluding Sargent who’s locked in a new deal).

Noticed that Negredo is without club now. He's 33. Same age as Villa when he came over.

I know he came up through the NJ academy but maybe we should scoop up Tim Weah once his loan at Celtic ends. Cheaper than Mitrita and needs somewhere to develop.

Not a chance in hell you could buy him 2x the value transfermarkt has there. The bidding would start at $15M, and I would suspect end well into the 20s.

Right in the price range of Mitrita, but also might be someone Monaco would just ditch since he’s probably one of their higher earners.

Downside: has hardly played due to injuries in the last year or so. But that might be why he’s cut rate, too.

Just a guess. I wouldn’t dance naked if it happened, but if he were healthy he could turn us into contenders.

Negredo I think on the other hand you could.

I’d take Giroud as a DP and there’s talk that ManU is willing to send Alexis Sanchez out on loan, so take him as a loaner with ManU picking up his salary to keep it as TAM or less. He’d either rescue his mojo in MLS or it’s too far gone to matter what league he’s in, so why not come stateside for a year.
