thank you. So they can be used for upgrades only this season and in 2022 can be used for upgrades or extra ticket purchases?

This information assumes you renewed your membership for 2022. If you opted out of 2022, then your situation may be different and you should contact your rep.

According to my rep, for this season (2021), your ticket bank balance will be deducted from first. Your bonus tokens will not be used until your ticket bank balance is completely depleted. You don't have the option to combine ticket bank balance and bonus token balance for tickets or upgrades, unless those tickets and upgrades result in total depletion of your ticket bank balance. Again, the bonus token balance will not reduce the amount owed for the 2022 membership at "settle up" time in december.

In 2022, you will be able to use your bonus token balance for any game to purchase additional tickets and/or upgrades. Presumably, all home games in 2022 will already have your city member balance distributed when the schedule is announced, so your bonus token balance can be used to purchase additional tickets and/or upgrades at any of those games.

Thank you. So if I upgrade this season, it comes out of my pocket essentially. If I don’t upgrade, my dollars get rolled against my 2022 season payment and my bonus tokens can be used in 2022 for upgrades

Has anyone received any "bonus credit" on their account? A month after we were promised it would be added and I still have a blank.

my bonus credits were added 2 weeks ago. it shows separate from the ticket bank balance. see the discussion above as well.

My account home page has my balance, but a blank next to the "Bonus Credits" part.

seems like it might be a bug. but otherwise, you'll probably have to contact your rep. under MY EVENTS i also have a bonus credit event.

more than likely, it's probably a bug in the interface. my rep told me how many bonus tokens i had even before they started displaying it.

Can anyone recall what the amount of the bonus for rolling over your 2020 payment to 2021 was supposed to be? I finally had it credited to my account, but it was only 10% when I thought it was supposed to be 20%.

Depends on which option you chose. Refer to the image in Soup's post linked below:

I actually double checked mine based on your post. I should have gotten 30% as well and mine is 24%. I emailed my rep to see what's going on. Will update when I get a response.

The fine print says that anywhere from 6%-20% may be donated to the Human Fund, depending on a randomized draw.

True story. At my wedding, my wife - the good Dr. Mrs. G. - decided that we should make a donation in lieu of party favors for the guests. So, at each person's place at dinner, there was a card saying "In lieu of a gift, we have made a donation to Doctors Without Borders".

I printed up an extra card - which looked just like all the others. It said "In lieu of a gift, we have made a donation to the Human Fund." I put it on her dinner plate.

When she arrived at dinner, she noticed that the hotel had screwed up all the place settings at the head table. She became angry - moving the name cards around and managing to stay just short of rage. I took the "Human Fund" note and pocketed it. I showed it to her a few months later. She laughed and confirmed that if I had left it there, given her mood, it would not have gone over well.

That is hilarious and also a fantastic idea.

I'm getting married in November (holy shit) and my fiancee and I have struggled with ideas for party favors and I think we may now borrow this idea from you.
