Of course he does! He never would have started Hererra against Columbus if he didn't see how agitated many of us were with Pirlo playing instead of Herrera.Oh my god. I wrote this on Tuesday.
Vieira reads the forums!

PV also admits that Pirlo is pissed but PV can handle that.“We are going to take 20 players to Dallas and the others will stay here (in New York),” said Vieira. “Then some of them will leave Dallas for New York while some of those that stayed home will fly directly to Salt Lake.”
Vieira suggested that there will be a player rotation in the starting group although it will not be dramatic.

That's whats great about having PV here. I know some of his tactics and substitutions can be questioned, and that's totally fair. But there aren't many other coaches in MLS that can handle this situation with Pirlo very well.PV also admits that Pirlo is pissed but PV can handle that.
Kreis <wiping tears away>: "Andrea, when I said to be a dick, I meant towards the other team, not to me when I bench you."That's whats great about having PV here. Could you imagine Kreis trying to navigate this?
Actually, this is set up exactly the same. Last year, on Mother's Day, we played at Portland and won 2-1, a massive road win.I think Vieira learned a difficult lesson about MLS travel and a cramped schedule last year, right around this same time, when we won away at Portland and then drew away at Toronto and then you know the rest
A win at Dallas would be massive if we pull it off. It just stinks that we're going to be missing Herrera- he has become our x-factor controlling the midfield & disrupting the other team allowing Ring to clean up literally everything that trickles through. Y.Herrera/Ring are the poor league's version of Pogba/A.Herrera.Actually, this is set up exactly the same. Last year, on Mother's Day, we played at Portland and won 2-1, a massive road win.
I never ended up watching the Columbus game, had some other commitments that night and never got around to watching the replay. I was very inebriated at the last game, so really couldn't come away with many great insights there. But I finally watched the replay of the ATL game last night and damn it was fun watching Herrera. Hard to believe he's only 19.A win at Dallas would be massive if we pull it off. That would probably explain why there still isn't an index of the Stadium thread.Maybe Vieira is the intern
Here's Something to Piss Everybody Off !!! My Andrea and Tommy were in the pictures of practice on the site today with the headline for Dallas !!
So we are doing the whole B+ squad versus Dallas? Makes sense. Just sucks that this is the only time we play them in the regular season and we'll do it with one arm tied behind our back. I'd love to give it a real go with something more closely resembling a best 11, but maximizing points across the road trip is most important.Taking pictures of fast moving objects can be difficult, making the two of them the most ideal targets on the team for action shots.

He specifically referred to learning from last year when asked about MLS travel rules at the Queens City in the Boroughs event and mentioned he would approach it differently this year.I think Vieira learned a difficult lesson about MLS travel and a cramped schedule last year, right around this same time, when we won away at Portland and then drew away at Toronto and then you know the rest
