If your computer has an HDMI port just pick up a $10 HDMI cable and connect right to the TV. Then just switch it to act as your monitor. That's what I usually do when traveling. I have a chromecast and bring it along but I always just wind up using the HDMI cable.
so Poku is still eligible for USMNT if he gets citizenship here, right? would like to see him
Aw man, I hope this doesn't turn into one of those games delayed hours because of a storm. It's happened at least one time already (maybe more) in Columbus this summer.
If he keeps playing the way he is he will easily lock down a spot on the Ghana team which regularly qualifies for the WC. At the begging of the season there were already stories of the Ghana coaches over here scouting him. Why would he switch to the USMNT resulting in a much lower chance of making the roster?
I have the same feeling for this game that I did after the 4-4 Toronto game, and the Orlando win. Crazy excited about the potential of this team, and how much fun they can be to watch. However trying to temper that feeling, as it was such a letdown when they went out and laid an egg vs NE and vs MON. Trying to go into the game tonight with lower expectations.

Obviously I wish we had Facey but I'm interested in seeing how the Mena/Hernandez pairing works. Primarily because if Facey leaves and George John stays injured this could end up being are starting CB duo for next season. If Hernandez speaks any Spanish \ it could lead to better coordination between him and Mena. Assuming we go with Iroala/Hernandez/Mena/Angelino the whole back line could communicate in Spanish.
Those two played together in the last Montreal game. I was watching on a dodgy feed, so I didn't watch the goals enough times to figure out if their lack of communication was to blame, but that game certainly wasn't the high point for our defense. I am really bummed we don't get Hernandez-Facey today because that has been our most stable pairing by far. One advantage of Mena though is he is probably the most naturally athletic of the three, and therefore perhaps the best bet to have some luck against Kamara.
USMNT now goes to every WC too. and we can beat Ghana in spite of their talent. are you sure it is a no brainer bet for him to chose? i would bet on the US as the market here is just much bigger. I want Poku to replace Mike Bradley one day/ MB is a solid player but not talented/gifted enough to bring the US team to the next level.

I almost clicked "Like" on this to express that I agree with the sentiment, but frankly I don't like anything about it.
Great, he can start in between Mix and Tommy Mac with Villa up top. We're going to control that possession all the way to a glorious 0-0 tie. Now that Grabs is back we're going all the way up the table!!!!!
Even if this is sarcastic, it's not funny. If Jason Kreis read this he would believe it.
