Nashville Metro Council is set to approve funding for the Nashville SC stadium today:

One of Nashville and Cincinnati is going to be left out and rightfully upset if Detroit gets their downtown location squared away. Unless there are major issues with Phoenix, San Diego, and San Antonio, in which case it's possible all of Detroit/Cincinnati/Nashville get in along with Sacramento.
Raleigh remains a dark horse but seem to have too slow of a timeline to compete at this time. Especially if Nashville nets #25/26, in which case the Midwest becomes a bigger priority than another Southeast team.
