Looks like Khiry is also still in the discussion for the Rio 2016 Olympic team. Would love to see him get back from this injury and on the squad.

Khiry practiced this week and Kreis' was quoted as saying, "Sometime desperate times call for desperate answers." Would love to see Khiry make some runs and put 1 or 2 in goal late.

Khiry's been chosen by Messi as one of his "Team Messi" stars of the future - sounds like it'll involve a series of promotional videos based around his time in training with NYCFC.
It's just smart marketing, having a player in the New York (City) market.

Hahaha. Yeah Khiry really is nothing special. Kinda overrated. At least based on his performances from the beginning of the season and lately.
Please improve vastly in the offseason. Having a fast, athletic forward is an amazing asset to a team. Pirlo could make you shine
Yep. Shelton was Poku before Poku was cool. A fast, athletic attacker that the fans loved. Let's hope he gets healthy and gets better. Sky's the limit.
Yeah I have to respectfully disagree with you there. There were some of us on the Poku bandwagon during the pre-season training stint in Manchester. I don't think Shelton made himself known until the early stages of the regular season.
Built the bandwagon? I drove the bandwagon to YS, camped out, and took a picture with Poku on his own bandwagon.
I don't even know what that means. But it felt good to write.
Oh, and I also really like Khiry. Let's not forget the dude drew 2 reds and had a game saving goal in extra time in one of the best games of the year for our club before he got hurt. Here's to a great 2016 Khiry!
