The Adidas contract is up in 2018, Nike has said they would like to bring MLS back in the fold and Under Armour would like MLS o get and hold a real foothold in the world of soccer.

These are my quick mockups of what I would like to see the New York City FC Home Jersey / Uniforms / Kits become. These subtle updates and interchangeable combinations that still stay within the existing parameters and are not to drastic to upset the establishment.

The New York City FC Sky Blue Home Jersey could and should be slightly tweaked just by adding 5 subtle monochromatic vertical or horizontal stripes across the torso representing the New York City’s five boroughs, just like the kick-ass Black Away Jersey. So we are "not replicating" the old Manchester City FC & Melbourne City FC Home Uniforms. We need, want and deserve our own identity!
