The new Delta terminal is beautiful - lots of amenities and food options! The others were lifted from 3rd world countries.

Man that's close.... DeBlasio's term will end 2018, so if CFG has been working behind the scenes with the presumptive new Mayor, then in theory once he/she takes office, they can champion the Stadium & get everything approved in those first few months while breaking ground early-mid 2019. Therefore CFG would need to work round the clock to finish in 2 years which puts it early-mid-2021, which would be perfect for the 2021 season - that would justify CFG paying 3-shifts of workers to knock it out...... basically it's a coin flip.
