I think that's correct. I suppose the only effect on parking will be that circus-goers will also be parking in the main lots. I'm still tentatively planning on taking the subway, which will work as I live in Queens and the disruption is between Queens and Manhattan.

Circus appears to be small with a very small attendance, so they really shouldn't cause any sort of parking issues.
