Looks decent with white letters and no circles.

Maybe something like this for away kit and the seismograph for a very occasionally worn third (i.e. only on full moons that happen during Halley's Comet.)

I think you guys are mixing up the short sleeve training top with the longsleeve. Last year, the short sleeve ones did not have an adidas logo (they were blank, and the players had player #'s):


But the retail long sleeves did have the logo (and players also had their #):

It's the same this year, short sleeve does not:


And the long sleeve does:
