NYCFC Players Wanted Thread

It sounds like Aguero is gone. He won't leave top flight football until after the World Cup. He turns 30 next summer and history tells us he won't play at 34 in Qatar (he's not English).

Watching Manchester Mondays from the other night right now. There are so many spare parts at Man City. Fernando, Bony on Loan, Aguero now, Delph, Navas

I'm not necessarily saying we should request one of those guys, but they have money rotting away on the bench and we're trying to get De Rossi on a free.

How many players not named Christian Fuchs will leave Leicester when they get relegated.

Jamie Vardy's party would be terrific fodder here in New York

Salt isn't that bad for you. I absolutely hate going to restaurants that under salt their dishes and then don't even have a salt shaker out. Pisses me off.
Do not go to any Wendy's in Queens. I punch out the bottom of all salt shakers. You will end up with WAY too much salt on your entree.

I wonder how much it would be to get Eric palmer brown. I know juve put out a 1 million bid for him but his stock must have dropped a bit?

I still have high hopes for him and would love to have him be apart of our youth movement.

Speaking of our youth movement , I wonder how much our mean age is compared to other mls teams.

Why would his stock would have dropped? Basically walked into a team in Porto B and helped lead them to a title, and was starting to get brought into the A squad when his loan went up. His stock is way up based, but he's riding out the last 6 months of his shitty MLS-SKC contract so he can choose his club in Europe. Reports on his play were that he's the dog's balls, dude.

Didn't know that. The dogs balls? Ah man. Well there goes hope for him.

Is it Mix?
It would make us a better club.
This is how I read this, and I couldn't help but nod.

You know who we could likely get on a free this summer and he might be doable with TAM? Lucas Leiva. Of course, I'm an LFC supporter, but I would feel that way anyway.

That guy is the ultimate professional, and he would put in AllStar level performances as a holding mid or CB. He is exactly the kind of player I think would be a great example for youth, as well. It's one thing to have legends to learn from, but just as important imo to have some guys who know how to carve out a decade long career by putting in the hard yards. If it's not too harsh, I'd suggest that is a more appropriate goal for our guys.
