RSL competing with Nice for Vieira's signature and using Rusnak as bait lol.NYCFC working on a deal to get Rusnak and make Vieira happy so he stays?
Lynden gooch and Geoff Cameron are appparnetly open to mls moves....thoughts ?
Neither is a LB (or a hard-tackling box to box, which would the other vacant position, if Herrera leaves).
Gooch would be fun. Utility attack player.
I wish mls would include a US Dp in addition to the money to spend on a player 20 years or younger this year .
They’re a year too late for us. Don’t fit our roster at the moment but could have earlierLynden gooch and Geoff Cameron are appparnetly open to mls moves....thoughts ?
i hate to be that guy, but your signature annoys me.

Cameron turns 33 over the summer. Maybe a 2-1/2 year deal, but not a DP deal.
Whether for us or someone else, he could be very good in the kind of role Ring has in the middle of a 3-man backline. He'd be a good defensive midfielder, although given his age, you have to wonder if he can play in a single pivot. Certainly would be a fine center back for anyone, especially a team that plays out of the back.
He is on the Allocation list, having been sold by Houston to Stoke in 2012. He's originally from New England.
How are the Galaxy focusing on older players? Just because of Zlatan? As great as iniesta is. The best teams in the league have a young player strategy that seems to be doing better than teams focusing on older players . See LA Galaxy .
The league is slowly transitioning . There are stilll a ton of baby league rules that need to go but at least the extra funds for youth players is exciting .
On that note I’d like us to try and use these new youth funds and nab Aleix García as the replacement for Herrera . Him and ring in the center would be special . Did very well for himself this year in Girona from what I hear . Don’t see him breaking in first team for city quite yet.. so somewhat in realm of possibility as a player we can nab .
