So Pirlo is gone (we assume) after this year. This guy doesn't fit right now probably. But would you take 1/2 year of Iniesta and then 2 more years of him once Pirlo has left?

I would prefer Torres to Iniesta. I think Iniesta is still the much better player, but I've learned watching this league that the athleticism of your midfield is almost as important as the talent. It would probably mean a formation change to a 3-5-2 to create defensive balance, but I don't think that is an issue with Harrison on the right.

Agreed. Iniesta wouldn't cut it. Would love Torres but I doubt he would come to the league.

All reports point to China (FWTIW). And in any event I just can't see him moving to the enemy - to the extent that there still remain questions about his MU legacy, that would effectively destroy it.
