I hope that him will play a bad game in the Champions League final and thatt he Juve will lost it. If Pirlo will play a great game and he wins the Champions, you can stay sure that we will have a new Lampard situation.............

HEY GUYS! PSSST! PSSST! I heard a rumor ... this dude Pirlo ... maybe you've heard of him ... he's Italian, good-looking, great at sports, a tad old, but still playing well, yeah that guy ... PSSSSSST! I heard a rumor ... he is AWESOME!

Just want to start out with the fact that I respect you based on interactions on these forums, so you sticking up for Chavez helps a bit. But the guy cant say shit that is straight up wrong and not some loose credibility. When you mess up that bad its time to name sources. My sources say... only works when you haven't totally blown your credibility. Furthermore he continues to tweet poorly researched crap such as the tweet below. Anyone who listens to men in blazers knows that one of them is an NYCFC season ticket holder who loves Chelsea, Lampard and goes to most NYCFC games. They talk about NYCFC regularly on the podcast. Seriously do 5 min of research before tweeting and maybe he can start earning some credibility back.

First, thank you for the kind words.

My post wasn't meant to stick up for Chavez. I know who his "source" is and it's a quality person to speak with. I don't have much interaction with him on Twitter or read a lot of his posts. He very well could be wrong a lot.

I will say this - a lot has changed since Tom Glick was introduced. A big problem with NYCFC and MCFC was that there existed a silo between the two organizations. Soriano heads both as the President of CFG, but folks like Peligrini and Kreis/Reyna have no interaction. Glick acts as an intermediary between the two clubs. Look at the timing of the Glick hire and the Lampard fiasco. That doesn't happen if Glick is here last fall and into the winter. Glick is now in charge and is a liason between the clubs.

Despite the source that Chavez talks to, the source didn't know what Peligrini was up to.

Thats interesting. Glad to hear things are improving.

Actually, we want the opposite. Pirlo has stated that winning the Champions League would be the right reason and time for him to leave Juventus and Serie A. So we want a miracle situation where Juventus somehow beats Barça, otherwise Pirlo might feel he wants to stay another year and see if he can help Juve get back to the late stages or final of the CL.
Of course, he may retire from Juve and Serie A regardless, as winning the CL is a long shot, but what he's publicly said is that a CL win would be the right time to move on.

Juve signs Striker Paolo Dybala to go with MF Sami Khedira.

Don't see that having an effect on Pirlo.

Chiellini will be out for the CL Final against Barcelona with a leg injury so that doesn't help our cause.

This makes many things make a lot more sense.

Even if he was playing, it wouldn't change anything. Juve doesn't stand a chance. This current Barca team is probably one of the greatest club teams to have ever been assembled. They're unstoppable.

Ok, back to our regularly scheduled program:

Barca is great, but I believe Juventus can pretty much park the bus for a good chunk of the game and hope to hit them on the counter attack, right? That has to be the way to win. With Pirlo's distribution and the way Tevez is playing, I almost feel like a Tevez goal is a given this weekend.
