In my view it would be a good move for Hiwula and Facey to go to New York
I can't see either making the grade at City but I believe that both are capable of playing in the EPL one day.
So I would like to see them maybe go to New York for a couple of seasons.
Mix has a higher upside than Jozy does imo. I would be fine missing out on him if it means Diskerud's majestic locks are playing in Yankee stadium.
Ok how about this as a speculation boner.... Get mix under the DP amount and sign Jozy as the third DP. We have Mix, Lampard(?), Villa and JOZY

I am more than thrilled to be getting Mix (hopefully) but I think its crazy to think he has a higher upside than Jozy. Remember, Mix (24) is only one year younger than Jozy (25) and Mix has proved much less in even lessor leagues.
I should clarify, I don't think that both players are done developing... in fact, I think the opposite is true. Its just that I think people have sold Jozy short and have forgotten what he has done at the international level and in the Netherlands.
I rather Voldemort never show up.
Whoever gets Jozy, if any MLS team does, will get a great player. He will cause MLS defenders headaches.

Not even close. I like Bedoya, but he's a shuttler. We've already got several of those on the roster.
We don't have a striker who can do what Jozy does yet. Jozy paired with Villa up top would be poison to MLS defenses.
The "Jozy is shit" narrative has gone way, way too far. If he goes to the right club, he'll dominate in MLS.
Not saying Jozy is shit, just think Bedoya would be better for the team.
I think Andrew Jacobsen starts as a CDM over anyone on this roster. I'll believe De Rossi when I see him.
