Chanot was up pretty quickly. I am not even sure he came off. Spector was on the side for a while and definitely being given the protocol. I assume they retested him at the half.
Personally at least part of it for me was I did not want to brave a train from and back to Connecticut with the saint Paddy's day crowd if I'm being honest. Can't speak for people already in the city.
I didn't make it to the match on Saturday. Ran the NYC half marathon yesterday so decided watching from the warmth of my apartment would be a better decision
It's not uncommon for someone to pass a concussion protocol in the moment after the injury and then show symptoms days later. I would imagine he will be consistently monitored during the week.
I can't stress enough how nice those bar areas are in center and right field. With my tickets in the shade for any game after 3pm, it's a nice place to stand in the sun and watch the team warm up as you do so yourself.
