Also was very very disappointed with the Mexican fans. They chanted during the Chile national anthem, completely drowning it out, and then continued to throw things on the field after Chile scored.

Not to mention the homophobic chanting we are used to after the goalkeeper boots it. Was very interesting listening to them use that against their own keeper and then 'Ole' for Chile's passes.

Disappointed but hardly surprised............. So glad to see them unceremoniously dumped from Copa America!! (fans and the team :p:p:p)

My experience at the Columbia vs Peru game on Friday only made me more impressed with the class of the Ecuador fans from the previous Sunday. The behavior of the Columbian fans was awful, constant cutting in line for concessions and the bathroom. Each time we left our seats to get a beer we came back to find Columbian fans that had snuck down into our seats and then wanted to argue about it. Couple that with the obsessive flopping from Cuadrado and his teammates on the field and it was a pretty underwhelming experience. Would have loved to see Peru pull it out. Doesn't really matter I guess as I can't see them getting past that red hot Chile team.

As an aside to this, I had many interactions with Costa Rican, Paraguay, and Ecuador fans from the 3 USMNT games I went to, and they were all great. Super friendly, exchanged some good-hearted banter, fun to talk to and courteous.
