With the amount of hype they have been getting, I don't think Belguim qualifies as a dark horse.
Belgium may not get out of their group based on how much people love them to make a deep run. You see it every time in college basketball? The sexy "dark horse" pick is bounced early because they're not underdogs anymore, they're in fact overhyped by that point.
Belgium usually flops pretty hard despite them have a pretty good team for a number of years now. I think it's got to go to a South American team this year. I'm thinking Argentina or Uruguay with Germany being the only non-SA team in the semis. Should be a great world cup.
Bosnia are my dark horse. They qualified well, have a great chance of getting out of their group and then after that anything can happen.
